I am passionate about teaching and coaching people toward integrating their body, mind, and breath, to cultivate resilience, wellness, and wakefulness.

With science-backed mindfulness skills, delving into open-minded spirituality, and a culmination of experiences with First Responders and Secret Service personnel, teachers, and students, I am beyond fulfilled with the work I’m able to deliver.

I blend practical wellness skills with inspirational evidence-based content to help people connect and integrate their minds, bodies, and spirits.
